I have more than 20 years of experience successfully supporting businesses and for the last 16 years I was responsible for growing a business with 3 staff and a turnover of £200k to 160 staff with a turnover of £20m.

In the last few years I have been responsible for winning and profitably delivering more than £25m worth of programmes. During this time I also worked with the UK motorsport industry cluster to set up unique solutions to their skill needs.

Martin is an experienced coach and trainer with 20 years’ experience in Leadership and organisational development He loves to help people make sense of it all especially team work and Belbin is an excellent tool to achieve that.

His first career was in marketing and sales management in fast moving consumer goods; companies such as Unipart, Express Dairies, Wella Haircare and Spillers Foods. Subsequently he has worked in organisational and leadership development including coaching leadership teams to identify innovative ways to move their organisations forwards. He is a qualified coach and an accredited practitioner for Belbin and Myers Briggs.
